Refund Policy

At DigiWorldKey, your satisfaction is our top priority. We provide 100% genuine digital licenses and strive to ensure every customer has a smooth and worry-free experience.

License Not Working?

• If your license key doesn’t work, we’ll first issue a free replacement.
• If the replacement also doesn’t work, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase by contacting us at support@digiworldkey.in.

⏳ Note: Refund requests after 3 days may not be accepted.

When Refunds Are Possible

✔ If a license key is confirmed as non-functional after replacement.
✔ If you accidentally placed a duplicate order.
✔ If your order was not delivered within the promised time.

When Refunds Are Not Possible

• Once a license key has been delivered via email/WhatsApp and successfully activated.
• If the issue is due to device/system incompatibility.
• If the software has already been downloaded and used.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or non-working license, we are happy to exchange it for a working one after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the license key has been issued. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
